1999
MML Projekts
The construction company "MML Projekts" is founded. In the development of this company have participated many experts for more than 20 years, together bringing innovative concepts to the construction industry.
2013
CF Service
As the demand for concrete floors grows, a separate company "CF Service" is created, this company specialize in laying concrete floors.
2014
Passive house certificate
Anticipating the demand for an ecological living and working environment, the company obtains a passive house certificate from the Passive House Institute, Germany. Since 2015, we are certified passive building builders.
2016
MML House
As public awareness of ecological lifestyle increases, the brand "MML House" is founded, which offers wooden frame houses manufacturing in Latvia.
2019
MML Development
As the range of services grew, there was a need to ensure the development of full-cycle projects, which includes the development, production, construction and sale of real estate projects.
2020
MML Group
As the independence of brands grew, it became necessary to unite all companies under the single name "MML Group", which opens wider opportunities for the company growth not only in Latvia, but also in Europe.
